A friendly, brotherly meeting, away from the formalities between the Arab leaders, by  His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein, King of Jordan, and Mustafa Al Kazemi, Prime Minister of Iraq in Aqaba City, Jordan. The four leaders discussed ways to enhance relations of joint cooperation between them in all fields, especially trade and economic, and they also discussed views and opinions on current events at the world level, especially the global crisis in energy and food, and how to get out of it.  Syrian President Bashar al-Assad visited the UAE, which is his first visit to an Arab country since the outbreak of the Syrian crisis in 2011. He was received at Dubai International Airport by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE and Minister of Presidential Affairs. During the visit, he met with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, who emphasized the UAE's support for the brotherly Syrian people and cooperation in the reconstruction of Syria.  He also met with His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid. The UAE was and still is a great supporter of the Syrian people and has facilitated residency for the Syrians residing in it and has never stopped it, and now the UAE is taking steps with Arab coordination to return Syria to its seat in the Arab League.

 The UAE received Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who is on an official visit for the first time in 9 years to the UAE for two days to discuss bilateral relations, a solemn official reception. Abu Dhabi and Qasr Al Watan were adorned with Emirati and Turkish flags, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, was the first to receive him at Abu Dhabi Airport.
