UAE is inside the UN Human Rights Council

UAE won membership in the United Nations Human Rights Council for the period 2022-2024 with a landslide victory with 180 votes out of 193.


This victory is fully deserved by UAE for all that it offers in defense of human rights and the promotion and dissemination of the values of tolerance, acceptance and non-discrimination.

People first is a slogan that the Emirates adopted for them, but it was not just a slogan that hesitates, but it was real and realistic, UAE contributed to a lot of support and aid during the Covid pandemic, aid during the Afghan crisis, hosting refugees and evacuating them, a bridge of aid to the Afghan people, and a lot of aid to all the peoples of the world.

This achievement came with love and congratulations from all friendly peoples who love the Emirates and from the Arab brothers, and the Arab Parliament’s praise of the UAE’s achievements in human rights.

Expo2020 Dubai

World Expo is a large international exhibition designed to showcase achievements of nations. These exhibitions vary in character and are held in different parts of the world at a specific site for a period of time, ranging usually from three to six months. UAE, Dubai, won the organization of the exhibition in 2013, after Dubai outperformed Sao Paulo in Brazil, Yekaterinburg, Russia, and Izmir, Turkey, as it obtained the support of 116 of the 164 voting members of the Bureau in a final run-off against Yekaterinburg. UAE  has chosen the slogan "Connecting Minds .. Creating the Future" as the title of the campaign to host the "International Expo 2020" in Dubai.
